How do I know it is safe to shop with you?
North American Braces goes a long way in protecting your privacy and payment information. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide you with the safest, most secure shopping experience. SSL technology enables encryption of sensitive information such as credit card numbers and password. All of the forms on our site are secured with SSL technology so your personal information stays safe. We are committed to your complete satisfaction; it is our top priority. In addition to offering a wide variety of merchandise, we strive to provide you with the best service in the industry.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payments made by all major credit cards

All payments, foreign and domestic, must be in U.S dollars.
Do you accept international credit cards?
Currently North American Braces can accept international credit cards but we can only ship to an address within the United States. Please note that the credit card must be issued and contain a logo from Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express. Orders placed with the use of an International Credit Card may take up to 72 hours to finalize prior to shipping.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Do you allow Cashier's Checks or Money Orders?

No. At this time North American Braces does not accept Cashier's Checks or Money Orders.

What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
All orders above $250 are eligible for free shipping in the continental USA. We charge $25 if the order is below $250. Once we shipped your products, we will send you the tracking number, so you can track your package.
Do you do international delivery?
Yes we do worldwide delivery. Please contact our export team on exports@northamericanbraces.com
How long will delivery take?

North American Braces ship most orders the same day you place your order. All the packages will be shipped from our facility based in Carlsbad, California. You can have your products as soon as the next business day. Orders before 2.00 pm, Pacific Time Zone (P.T) can be delivered next day upon your request. Otherwise we will ship your order via common carrier.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once you complete the shopping we will send a confirmation email. You will be intimated with a tracking number of you order as soon as we shipped your order. So you can track them online.
