North American Braces ship most orders the same day you place your order. All the packages will be shipped from our facility based in Carlsbad, California. You can have your products as soon as the next business day. Orders before 2.00 pm, Pacific Time Zone (P.T) can be delivered next day upon your request. Otherwise we will ship your order via common carrier.
If a product is defective or does not perform to your satisfaction, we will provide an exchange, credit or refund. Contact our customer service department within 30 days of receipt. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number can be obtained contacting our customer services department.
Product must be returned in its original container, unmarked and properly packed along with the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Also please include a copy of the original invoice along with a description of the problem. Return not meeting the above requirements may be subject to a 15 % restocking fee.
